A 54-year-old woman is the latest to file a personal injury lawsuit against the Limoges Water Park after being thrown from a ride two years ago.
Brenda Ferguson claims she is in constant pain because of the park’s negligence, according to The Sun.
She said she and her husband were thrown off a raft on “The Steamer” ride after it stalled at the opening of a tube and was then forced in backwards by the approach of another raft.
Ferguson claims she suffered injuries to her head, neck, shoulder and arm and is suing the park for $1.25 million.
The park is also facing 20 charges laid in july by the province’s public safety regulator in connection with incidents that happened in 2011 and 2012.
