Nude activists to protest at Ribfest

OTTAWA — PETA activists are expected to bare their skin tomorrow at Ottawa’s Ribfest, in protest of the meat industry.

The three women will be covered by only tattoo markings that will mimic a butcher’s diagram of body parts.

They also plan to stand behind a poster that will read ‘All animals have the same parts. Try vegan.’

The message is that factory-farmed animals have the same bodily organs, five senses, and a range of emotions just like people.

Ribfest begins tomorrow at noon at the Northwest corner of Sparks and O’Connor.
