Rideau Centre reopens following power outage

OTTAWA — The Rideau Centre is reopened following a power outage Monday.
A Hydro Ottawa outage affected parts of the ByWard Market for about 40 minutes around 3 p.m. affecting 682 homes and businesses, and closing stores at the downtown mall.
The mall remained open for transit users despite the stores being closed.
