PM Harper has ”zero doubt” Russia to blame for ongoing violence Ukraine

OTTAWA – Prime Minister Stephen Harper has delivered more harsh words against Russia over the continuing conflict in Ukraine.

Harper says there is ”zero doubt” that the people responsible for the ongoing violence and destabilization in Ukraine are acting as agents of the Russian government.

He says Russia’s conduct in the situation is “unacceptable.”

Harper also says there’s “no doubt” Russia had a hand in the downing of a Malaysia Airlines passenger jet over Ukraine two weeks ago.

The prime minister’s words come as Canada joins other G7 nations in issuing a statement condemning Russia’s actions in Ukraine.

The statement demands a prompt, full, unimpeded and transparent international investigation of the downing of the Malaysia Airlines flight.
