Driving instructor charged with sexual assault

OTTAWA – A driving instructor has been arrested and charged with sexual assault after an incident last Tuesday.

Marc-Andre Rouleau, 48, has been charged with one count of sexual assault and one count of sexual exploitation.

Police responded to a call from a home in Ottawa’s west end after a teenage woman had reported being inappropriately touched by the instructor during a driving lesson.

Rouleau appeared in court on Friday for a Bail Hearing.
