New alcohol strategy at Carleton University, cell phone ban at Ontario school on Talk to the Hand

OTTAWA – A new alcohol strategy at Carleton University, an Ontario private school’s decision to ban cell phones and a report looking at reforming Ontario’s electricity system are some of the topics being discussed on Talk to the Hand.
Friday’s show rundown:
