Ottawa man missing since Monday

OTTAWA — Police are searching for a man missing since September 8.
Joel Lavigne, 23, was last seen on Rockwood Street in Lower Town.
He is described as:
- 5’6″
- 165 lbs.
- Short brown hair
- Wears thick black framed glasses
He was last wearing charcoal grey pants, a t-shirt and a blue and charcoal jacket.
Lavigne functions at the level of a 13-year-old, and is known to frequent the Rideau Centre, the Byward Market and Vanier area.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Ottawa police.
