OTTAWA – The need to review the city’s noise bylaw in the wake of Ottawa Folkfest complaints, a funding shortfall for Ottawa Victim Services, inequalities for accessing proper dental care in Canada and saving strategies for the upcoming Christmas holidays are some of the topics being discussed on Talk to the Hand.
Tuesday’s show rundown:
