Construction forces Queensway to close on the weekend

OTTAWA — Another rapid bridge replacement will close Highway 417 over the weekend.

Lane reductions begin Saturday at 3 p.m., before closing completely at 6 p.m. at Vanier Parkway.

Some lanes will re-open Sunday at 11 a.m., and all lanes are expected to re-open for the Monday morning commute.
