Teens accused in killing of international student due in court

OTTAWA – Two men charged in the killing of an international Carleton University student are due in court Thursday.
John Ruch, 19, and Steve Kozielo, 18, last appeared in court by video on Dec. 30.
Both are facing charges of manslaughter and robbery in connection to the death of Tausif Chowdhury.
The body of the 23-year-old was discovered November 27 on the Sawmill Creek pathway near the Airport Parkway Pedestrian Bridge.
