Taxi driver attacker sought

OTTAWA–Ottawa Police are looking for a suspect in an attack on a taxi driver dating back to last summer.

It happened in June of last year in the Elgin and Gloucester Streets area of the downtown: Investigators say they have exhausted all leads to try and locate their suspect.

27-year old Farouk Timbilla is wanted in the aggravated assault probe — he ‘s black, 6-feet tall, 240-pounds with a muscular build, with close-cropped hair and a beard.

Anyone with information should call Ottawa Police.
