Ottawa Airport gets top marks in customer satisfaction

OTTAWA — The Ottawa International Airport has a share of a silver medal in the 2015 awards recognizing customer satisfaction.

Ottawa slotted into a 5-way tie for second place with Grand Rapids, Jacksonville, Tampa, and Dallas Love Field.

“Pretty delighted that we’re still showing a leadership position in those areas and it’s really a testament to every organization on the campus that has made customer satisfaction and going above and beyond for every passenger a part of their day-to-day work ethic,” said Vice-President of Communications and Public Affairs Krista Kealy.

The airport service quality benchmarking program gathers survey data on customer feedback on service in eight categories including everything from retail and food service to cleanliness, security and customs efficiency.

the ASQ tracks and rates the customer experience in over 300 airports in 80 countries.
