BROCKVILLE — Brockville Police have found their man.
They were looking for the 56-year-old after he and his son’s girlfriend got into an argument about the shape of the Earth.
She said it was flat, and he said it was round. He became so angry that he started throwing things in a campfire at St. Lawrence Park — including a propane cylinder.
He took off Monday night before police got there.
Police have issued a release announcing the man’s been found and is facing a mischief charge.
They say the man, who hasn’t been identified, admits “the fight was pretty dumb.”
He’s been released, pending a court appearance.
No word on whether police had to search all four corners of the Earth to find him.
