Man charged in Orleans stabbing

OTTAWA – One man is facing charges in connection to a stabbing in Orleans.

A 25-year-old woman was rushed to hospital in serious condition Saturday night, after she was stabbed near Centrum Boulevard, near Place d’Orleans.

She was in stable condition on arrival at hospital.

A 21-year-old man has been charged with assault causing bodily harm and assault with a weapon.
