Perth man charged with sex assault

PERTH, Ont. – The OPP has charged a Perth man in connection to historical sexual offences.

Back in July, the Leeds County Crime Unit began an investigation into a report of a historical sexual assault.

Four victims were identified.

Timothy Patrick O’Neill, 53, faces one count of invitation to sexual touching, four counts of sexual assault, five counts of sexual exploitation and three counts of sexual interference in connection to offences alleged to have occurred between 1995 and 2006.

O’Neill is set to appear in court in Brockville on November 4, 2016.
