2 still in critical condition after deadly Quebec City mosque shooting

QUEBEC – A Quebec City hospital says two men who were injured in a deadly mosque attack are still in critical condition, but two others have been stabilized.
Six men were killed and 19 others injured after a gunman opened fire on worshipers at a mosque in Quebec City on Sunday night.
On Monday, five of the injured remained in hospital, two of them in critical condition.

On Tuesday morning, a spokesman for the CHU de Quebec_Universite Laval says one patient has been released, while four remain in hospital.
A 27-year-old university student, Alexandre Bissonnette, has been charged with murder and attempted murder in connection with the shooting, which Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has called “a terrorist act.”
Police have offered no information on what they believe motivated Sunday’s shooting at the Centre Culturel Islamique de Quebec.
