Police look to identify robbery suspect

OTTAWA — Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man wanted in two west-end convenience store robberies.
Both robberies happened within two hours of each other on January 12th – the first around 12:30 a.m. at a store in the 1300 block of Richmond Road and the other at 2:40 a.m. at a store in the 100 block of Tartan Drive.
In both cases police said the suspect demanded money, got an undisclosed amount, and fled.
Police also believe he was at an apartment on Regina Street around midnight that same night.
The suspect is described as having a dark complexion, between 25 to 30-years-old, with a medium height and build.
