Another extra time win for Ottawa

OTTAWA — The Ottawa 67’s blew a 3-1 third period lead at home against the Firebirds, but still managed to beat Flint in overtime.

Nikita Okhotyuk’s first OHL goal gave Ottawa the win at The Arena at TD Place.

Olivier Tremblay made 40 saves for the 67’s.

Ottawa now has two straight wins after beating Peterborough 4-3 in a shootout, Friday.

The 67’s sit just one point back of the Kingston Frontenacs for first place in the OHL’s East Division.
