Police raid another marijuana dispensary

OTTAWA – Police have charged two people after they raided another marijuana dispensary in the capital.
On Friday, officers executed a warrant at 233 Armstrong Street in Hintonburg.
They seized marijuana, THC concentrate, edibles in various forms, and cash.
A man, 45, and a woman, 24, have been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime.
They were released from custody on promises to appear.
“We continue to stress that there is no “grey area” when it comes to storefront marijuana dispensaries” said S/Sgt Rick Carey. “They are and will continue to be illegal operations. We will investigate dispensaries as complaints come forward.”
