Kanata man facing child porn charges

A Kanata man is facing a number of child pornography charges. 

Back in mid-April, police were conducting an investigation into a Peer to Peer (P2P) network when an IP address sharing hundreds of files of suspected child porn was traced to Kanata. 

A search warrant was executed Wednesday and a number of digital devices were seized. 

Vazrick Nazari, 43, faces two counts of possession of child pornography and one count of accessing child pornography. 

Nazari has a court date set for Thursday.
