One person freed from crash in Cumberland

Emergency crews had to free a person from the wreckage of a collision on the 174 in Cumberland, Wednesday.
Ottawa Fire Services received a call from police, reporting a collision with people trapped.
One person was extricated from the vehicle, on the 174 at Cameron Street, in Cumberland.
The extent of the person's injuries is not yet known.
Firefighters remained on the scene for some time to clear the debris from the crash.
Police would like to remind drivers that if you are trapped in a vehicle after a collision to keep your seatbelt on until firefighters arrive, especially if you happen to be upside down. A fall could result in further injury to yourself or someone else who is in the vehicle with you.
