FOUND: Police seeking public’s help finding missing 12 year old

Update: Lily Izabayo was found safe and sound by Ottawa police.

Ottawa Police are asking for the public's help to locate a missing 12-year-old girl.

Lily Izabayo was last seen this morning around 8:30 a.m. on Goulburn Crescent in Sandy Hill. She is described as a “black female, with black hair extentions in a cornrow pony tail.”

According to police, she was wearing a pink winter jacket, blue pands and grey boots. She was also carrying a pink and blue backpack.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact their missing persons unit at 613-236-1222 x2355, or to call Crimestoppers.
