Man found unresponsive, revived near Rideau Canal

A man, who police initially thought was dead, has been revived after he was found along the Rideau Canal in downtown Ottawa.
The man was discovered Tuesday morning, unresponsive, along the canal near the Shaw Centre.
Police initially thought the man was dead, but say he was revived with CPR.
The man was taken to hospital in critical condition.
Ottawa police told 1310 NEWS that officers were looking into whether the man's condition was the result of a medical issue.
Police say there is no foul play suspected.
There were no road closures in the area as a result of the police activity.
