Minor hockey cancelled over COVID-19 concerns
One of the most popular pastimes for youth in Ontario is on hold, due to concerns about the spread of COVID-19.
The Ontario Minor Hockey Association has immediately suspended all hockey activities until further notice.
“We have been proactively working alongside Health Canada, Hockey Canada and local public health officials in regards to the Coronavirus (COVID-19),” the Association said in a statement on its website.

The OMHA says it will communicate any further protocols and required actions as they become available.
