FOUND: Missing 24-year-old last seen in Sandy Hill

Update 07:44 a.m.: Ottawa police say Ilyas Nur, 24 has been located safe.

The Ottawa Police Service is asking for the public’s help in locating Ilyas Nur, 24, last seen in Sandy Hill.
There are concerns for his safety.
Nur is described as Black, 6 feet, with a thin build and he wears his hair in an afro style.
He is possibly wearing a grey hoodie with blue sleeves, black sweat pants, and red and black shoes.
Police did not say when Nur was last seen but issued the missing person's notice on Thursday at 10:30 p.m. without a photo.
