UPDATE: Over 700 Hydro Ottawa customers in east end without power

While Hydro Ottawa is still investigating the cause of the outage, as of about 9:50 a.m. they say that some power has been restored and now only 75 customers remain affected.

Residents in the east end of the city may be experiencing a power outage Saturday morning.
According to Hydro Ottawa, 782 customers are affected in the areas of Blair Road, Montreal Road, Rothwell Drive and Swans Way as of Saturday morning.
The cause of the outage is unknown but Hydro Ottawa is currently investigating.
Customers can expect their power to be restored by 3 p.m. Saturday.
