There is a new way to hear local news: 1310 NEWS has now become CityNews, serving Ottawa and the Valley.
Ottawa’s award-winning 1310 NEWS is now heard throughout Ottawa and the Valley by simulcasting on 101.1 FM, giving it a stronger and clearer sound, and across all digital platforms including online, apps, and smart speakers.

1310 NEWS takes great pride in its reporting of local stories and issues that matter to communities across Ottawa and the Valley. On CityNews, audiences will continue to hear the latest hyper-local news, traffic, and weather, plus all the local talk shows they’ve come to know and love, such as The Rob Snow Show, Ottawa Today with Mark Sutcliffe and An Hour to Give with Sam Laprade.

The local country music station that used to be on 101.1 FM has now moved down the dial to 92.3 FM, where JACK FM used to be found and will now be COUNTRY 92.3 FM giving fans the same great music and listening experience.
