One person dead in Calabogie motorcycle crash

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) says one person has died in a motorcycle crash on private property in Calabogie.

Officers from the Renfrew detachment received a call from the County of Renfrew Paramedic Service about the incident, around 4:15 p.m. on Monday, August 23. 

The motorcycle was the only vehicle involved in the crash.

The driver of the motorcycle was taken to Renfrew Victoria Hospital where they were pronounced dead.

Police say there are no charges being laid in the incident and the name of the driver is not being released at this time.
