Three people, including two from Ottawa, are being charged with a drug trafficking offence after Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers searched a home in Prescott.

After launching an investigation earlier this fall, officers executed a search warrant on King Street West, in Prescott, on Friday, November 5, around 6 a.m.

Police seized multiple substances including various forms of cocaine and fentanyl, methamphetamine, digital scales, and some cash.

The following people were arrested:

  • Chelsea Fraser, 31, of Prescott
  • Ghazi Heidairi, 21, of Ottawa
  • Liban Abdourahman-Souleima, 24, of Ottawa

All were charged with possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking, contrary to Section 5(2) of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA), and held for a bail hearing in Brockville.

The investigation is ongoing.
