Several major stores recall food, beauty, baby and toy products

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and several national stores have recalled several products from their shelves and online shops following multiple Health Canada warnings.

Great Value chicken burgers

Among the recalls are the Great Value brand of chicken burgers from Belmont Meat Products Ltd. that are sold nationally at Walmart and on Walmart’s website.

The recall is due to the possibility of the product containing egg that is not declared on the label.

People with an egg allergy should not consume the recalled product.

Recalled products should be thrown out or returned to the store where they were purchased.

The recall was triggered by Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) test results.

CFIA said it is conducting an investigation, which may lead to the recall of other products.

The agency is also verifying that stores will be removing the recalled product from its shelves.

Zoom 360 Ultralight jogging strollers

The Zoom 360 Ultralight jogging stroller which is sold on Amazon and BuyBuyBaby.com, is also among the recalls.

Joovy, the makers of the product, say the front fork may get stuck and stop turning or become detached after excessive use, which can lead to a falling risk.

The strollers in question were sold from March 2020 to October 2020, and according to Joovy, 9,200 units were sold during that time.
