OC Transpo Special Constable tests positive for COVID-19
An OC Transpo Special Constable is in isolation after testing positive for COVID-19.
The employee has been self-isolating since their last shift, which was December 5.
The City of Ottawa says it is working directly with Ottawa Public Health (OPH) to conduct contact tracing of anyone who may have been in close contact with the constable.

In this case OPH has advised that the key dates are the 48-hour period prior to the onset of symptoms; which are December 3, 4 and 5.
On the key dates, the employee worked at the following locations:
December 3, 2021
- Market Place Station on bus #6560 between 6:55 a.m. and 7:33 a.m.
- Tunney’s Station on bus # 4727 between 7:33 a.m. and 7:46 a.m.
- Tunney’s Station throughout the day
- Bayview Station between 2:05 p.m. and 3:05 p.m.
- Carling/Croydon on bus # 6490 between 3:25 p.m. and 4:32 p.m.
December 4, 2021
- St. Laurent Station throughout the day
- Hurdman Station between 8:47 a.m. and 9:14 a.m.
- Blair Station between 3:05 p.m. and 3:28 p.m.
- Bayview Station on Train 24 between 3:10 p.m. and 3:28 p.m.
- Elmvale Station between 3:28 p.m. and 3:41 p.m.
- Rideau Station between 4:03 p.m. and 6:05 p.m.
