Fall changes to OC Transpo service begins Sept. 4

OC Transpo says riders can expect to see their fall service schedule begin on Sunday, Sept. 4.

Adjusted school routes and new trips on routes 99, 110 and 170 for riders who work at the Amazon facility on Citigate Drive in Barrhaven are among the changes listed in a memo from Transit Services general manager, Renée Amilcar.

Service on routes 15, 615 and 616 will be reinstated on Montreal Road between Vanier Parkway and St. Laurent Boulevard, and route 20 will return to its regular route on Granville Street and Alfred Street.

Summer service reductions will end on routes 56 and 57 and the O-Train Line 2 replacement buses serving Carleton University and Route 25 serving La Cité will increase.

Monday, Sept. 5, will be the last day of operation for the seasonal service on Route 25 to the Canada Aviation and Space Museum, Route 139 to Petrie Island, and Route 185 to the Canada Agriculture Museum.

School trips and routes in the 600-series will resume and several new school routes are being added at the request of school boards and their student transportation agencies.
