Gas prices going down on Nov. 25

Some relief at the gas pumps is one the way for Ottawa drivers ahead of the weekend. 

Roger McKnight, chief petroleum analyst at En-Pro, tweeted on Nov. 24 that the price at the pumps will go down four cents cents on Friday, Nov. 25 to $1.529 cents a litre at most Ottawa gas stations.

Back in June, the price at the pumps in Ottawa hit a record $2.159 a litre. The price then fell to $1.439 a litre in September — the lowest since January.
