Ottawa firefighters quickly extinguish Orléans sauna fire

There are no injuries after a basement sauna caught fire at a home in Orléans.

Ottawa Fire Services (OFS) responded to a home on Bonneville Crescent, near Belleterre Street shortly after 8 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 12.

The resident of a single-family home reported a sauna in their basement was on fire.

Firefighters extinguished the fire within four minutes of arriving on scene, and before it could spread.
