KiSS 105.3's Father Daughter Ball is back after a two-year absence due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This year's event is taking place on April 15 at the Infinity Convention Centre.
The event is open for children between the ages of six and 12 and is in support of the Prostate Cancer Fight Foundation (PCFF) which funds ground-breaking prostate cancer research and life-saving awareness campaigns to benefit the area where the money is raised.
One ticket includes:
- One complimentary alcoholic (or non-alcoholic)
- Three-course meal
- Entertainment
- Professional photography
- And more
“It's an evening that people talk about months after,” said Sandra Plagakis of KiSS 105.3's morning show featuring Sandra and Chris on The Sam Laprade Show with guest host Derick Fage on Feb. 22. “We bump into people on the street that still talk about it.”
Plagakis said the event has become such a giant phenomenon that organizers have had to change venues because of its growing popularity.
“The event raises money for such a good cause,” she said. “It's a win-win for everyone.”
