Homes on Ryan Reynolds Way in Orleans subdivision have sold out

A street in an Orleans subdivision named after Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds has been surfaced and homes have been sold.
According Caivan, the developer, the first homes available on Ryan Reynolds Way have sold out.
Ryan Reynolds Way is in the Caivan development of “Cassette”, which is located south of Innes Road and Tenth Line Road in Orleans.
A post on Reddit stated Ryan Reynolds Way is complete and the road has been surfaced.
Ottawa City Council approved the naming of a street after the Canadian actor, who spent some time in the Vanier area growing up, in February of 2022.
The ‘Deadpool’ star and his wife, actress Blake Lively, have made significant contributions to Ottawa area organizations, including the Ottawa Food Bank.
