Police investigating shooting on Regina Street

No injuries have been reported as the Ottawa Police Service (OPS) investigates a shooting incident on Regina Street in the area of Lincoln Heights on Saturday, Sept. 9.
The OPS said on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter, that police officers were called to Regina Street after reports of gunshots at around 4:30 p.m yesterday afternoon.
Police said shell casings were found at the scene, and no victims were located.
The OPS Guns and Gangs Unit is seeking witnesses, and anyone with information is urged to call 613-236-1222 ext. 5050.
Shooting investigation: 2500 block of Regina Street.
Officers responded to a call for shots fired at approximately 4:30 pm.
On scene, shell casings were located.
