The Edmonton Oilers have signed forward Brady Stonehouse to a three-year, entry-level contract, the team announced Thursday.
Stonehouse was a free agent invitee to the Oilers rookie camp and stuck around for the start of the team’s main camp.

“We are extremely excited that Brady has earned an NHL contract,” said 67’s general manager James Boyd. “He has shown consistent development throughout his time in the OHL, and achieving this important career milestone is most deserved.”
The 19-year-old from Blenheim, Ont., finished with 57 points, including a team high 37 goals, in 68 games with the 67’s last season.
Stonehouse was taken in the second round, 26th overall by Ottawa in the 2020 OHL Priority Draft.
Officially an Oiler.
Congrats, Stoney!
