Ottawa 67’s struggle on the road in loss to Frontenacs

Despite outshooting their opponents 34-27, the Ottawa 67’s were unable to secure a victory.
After winning their first game of the season the night before at home against the Sudbury Wolves, the 67’s travelled to Kingston to battle the Frontenacs in an afternoon tilt on Sunday, Oct. 8.
The 67’s ended up dropping their second game of the season with a 5-2 road loss against the Frontenacs.

The 67’s opened the scoring with a goal from captain Luca Pinelli, but it was all Kingston after that with the home team scoring five unanswered goals.
Will Gerrior scored Ottawa’s other goal.

The 67’s have a few days off before they hit the ice on the road against the North Bay Batallion on Thursday, Oct. 12.
