Ottawa police investigating shooting in Hunt Club Park area, 30-year-old man found with gunshot wound

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) Guns and Gangs Unit is investigating a late night shooting in the Hunt Club Park area.
The OPS said officers at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 8 officers responded to the 1-100 block of Fardon Way and found a 30-year-old man with a gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police said shell casings were found nearby on Blohm Drive.
The investigation is ongoing.
