Man injured in Nepean shooting, Ottawa police investigating

Police are investigating a shooting that happened in Nepean Thursday afternoon.

Ottawa Police Service (OPS) said they received multiple 911 calls for a shooting in the 1-100 block of Bentley Avenue and arrived on scene at around 2:55 p.m.

Police said a man was found with minor injuries, was treated then released.

No suspects have been arrested or identified.

This comes less than a week after a shooting just northwest of the investigation left a 20 year old man with critical injuries.
