Driver has licence suspended after crashing into cannabis shop in Edwardsburgh-Cardinal

One person has been handed a licence suspension after a single-vehicle collision in the Township of Edwardsburgh-Cardinal.

Members of the Grenville County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the crash on Thursday, Jan. 4.

A driver had lost control and crashed their vehicle into a cannabis store, which sustained minor damage.

Grenville County OPP did not report any injuries but say a 67-year-old was given a three-day licence suspension after a roadside breath test found a quantity of alcohol in his system.
