Police are asking the public for help to find a man who went missing in Carleton Place.

The Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said Matthew was last seen on Grant Street, near Coleman Street, on Jan. 18.

Police describe him as five-foot-eleven, 150 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a brown leather jacket with blue jeans and black running shoes.

Police said anyone with information on his whereabouts should call the Lanark County OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
