Canadians invited to vote for cutest pets on Parliament Hill

They’re all putting their best paw or claw forward, including a chihuahua named Pablo, a guinea pig named Hotdog, and a sleepy cat named Tabasco.

Public voting is open for the second annual Cutest Pets on Parliament Hill Photo Contest.

The competition is put on by the Canadian Animal Health Institute representing the country’s animal health industry.

More than a hundred photos were submitted by parliamentarians, staffers and members of the Parliament Hill press gallery.

The entries have been narrowed down to 30 adorable critters.

You can vote on the Institute’s website.

The winners will be announced at CAHI’s Pet Gala event on June 11 in Ottawa.
