Highway 401 eastbound lanes to be closed near Cornwall
A portion of Highway 401 will be closed for a maximum of 12 hours starting on Thursday.
According to the South Stormont Township — south of Ottawa — about 13 km of the driving and passing eastbound 401 lanes will be closed due to emergency repairs.
Closures start at Moulinette Road and continue to Brookdale Avenue, west of Cornwall, Ont.

The lane closures will start at 8:00 a.m. on July 11.
The Township has been advised that the 401 Eastbound Lanes (both driving and passing lanes) between Moulinette Rd. exit 778 and Brookdale Ave. Exit 789 will be CLOSED for a 12-hour maximum period starting at 8:00am Thursday, July 11th for required emergency repairs. pic.twitter.com/4qutBhuLxy
