Russell OPP seize crack-cocaine, debt list in Rockland bust

A drug bust in Rockland had led to the seizure of crack-cocaine and three arrests.
The Russell County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) executed a search warrant on Monday, July 26 and seized the following items:
- 17 grams of crack-cocaine
- A debt list
- Three functional digital scales
- $155 in Canadian Currency
- Packaging material
- A cell phone
As a result, a 40-year-old from Clarence-Rockland faces the following charges:
- Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance – Cocaine CDSA
- Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine CDSA
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5000 – in Canada CC
The accused is set to appear in court at a later date and two other people were released unconditionally.
