Police open homicide case after stabbing victim dies

The Ottawa Police Service (OPS) is now investigating a stabbing incident as a homicide after the victim died from his injuries.

It happened Sept. 23 in the area of Ira Morgan Way in the Village of Metcalfe.

Police confirmed two weeks later, the victim was Roger Dale Lusk, 66.

Officials say they believe there is no threat to safety.
