Woman critically injured in shooting near Mooney’s Bay

An investigation is underway after police and paramedics responded to a shooting on Riverside Drive.

It happened around 10:00 p.m. last night near Mooney’s Bay. A woman was taken to hospital with a gunshot injury, paramedics told CityNews. She is in critical condition.

Officers remain in the area.
