Police seeking witnesses following serious collision involving OC Transpo bus

Ottawa Police Service investigators are asking anyone who witnessed, or has dashcam footage, of a collision involving an OC Transpo bus to come forward.

The collision took place Friday morning just after 11 a.m. when two vehicles and a bus collided in the intersection of Woodroffe Avenue and Knoxdale Road.

A man in his 20s was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. A woman in her 70s was taken to hospital with serious injuries. There have been no updates on either of the victims’ conditions.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Ottawa Police Service Fatal Collision Investigation Unit at 613-236-1222, extension 2345 or submit an anonymous tip to Crime Stoppers.
