Suspects caused $23K in damages to properties in Barrhaven, Centrepointe

Police are looking for two people who they believe are linked to an overnight mischief incident that left damages to multiple properties in the city’s west end.

Officials say the incidents happened overnight Jan. 31 to Feb. 1. Suspects drove through Barrhaven and Centrepointe areas and used a pellet gun or slingshot to cause $23,000 in damage to windows of several schools, businesses and bus shelters.

Investigators are looking for a silver Honda CRV between the years of 2012 and 2015 with tinted windows.

The driver is described as a light-skinned male, with a thin build, about 6’0” who was wearing dark clothing at the time.

The passenger is also a light-skinned male wearing dark clothing.
